This would add a layer to scouting by giving incentive to keep certain scouts around even if they arent the highest rated, but have a good record of discovering players who sign and perform for your club. The application is very easy to use - select the style and type of graphic you are creating, hit the button, and select each image you wish to have included in the config.xml file. You can either click on the top image, hold shift, then click on the bottom, or hold CMD and click each image individually.
Once you click Open, the config.xml will be generated in the folder where your images are located.
